*The 2012 LGBTQ Meaningful Care Conference is accredited by Kaiser Permanente to offer Continuing Medical Education credits and Continuing Education Units to interested attendees for an additional fee added to the cost of General Admission. This activity has been planned and implemented through the joint sponsorship of The Northwest Permanente (NWP) Department of Clinical and Leadership Education (CLE), Kaiser Permanente Northwest Region and the LGBTQ Health Coalition of the Columbia-Willamette.
