no longer available, guests will be quoted 15% off our best

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
- The Hotel will honor a pre-fix menu specially designed for all group attendees for $29+gratuity in Gracie’s Restaurant on Saturday, February 18, 2012.
- Reservations are suggested, but not required.
- The menu will be based upon seasonal and locally sourced items that will be available at that time.

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
- The Hotel requires a porterage fee of $4.00 per bag (round trip) for all group arrivals requesting luggage assistance.
- Groups that require amenities to be delivered to any of the group guestrooms will be charged a $2.00 delivery charge per guestroom.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
If any attendee smokes in a designated non-smoking guestroom a daily cleaning fee of $500.00 will be assessed and billed to their guestroom.
