November 5, 2015 - Newsletter

You are cordially invited to a special event to celebrate and honor community members like yourself, who have supported Q Center through its transition over the past year. Because of you, Q Center is rejuvenated and ready to shine again as a place of support, belonging and intersectional justice. In the spirit of gratitude and in recognition of the fierce collaboration that has metamorphosed Q Center, this event will be a brunch featuring some of our most beloved community hosts and performers. We invite you to join us in Q Center’s ongoing transformation.
Tickets are offered sliding scale, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. You may choose your own ticket price (any amount that is meaningful to you), which will help us cover the cost of your meal and other event-related expenditures.
When: Sunday, November 22 at 11:00am – 2:00pm
Where: The Nines, 525 SW Morrison St, Portland, OR 97204

Governor Brown joins Q Center and local employee resource groups for networking event
We’d like to once again thank Governor Brown for stopping by and of course to the ONE Marriott team for hosting us and putting on a fantastic evening. We had a wonderful time making connections and community with almost 80 members of ERG’s from local businesses. ONE Marriott surprised us with a $500 check, and attendees helped us raise nearly $1000 that night! Thanks to all who attended, for sharing a beautiful night with us and for your generosity.
