Many people don’t realize that one of the great resources Q Center has to offer is our physical space. Our versatile multi-purpose spaces make an ideal location for virtually any type of event. We’ve played host to weddings, corporate trainings, theater events, and everything in between- and with our rental costs as affordable as they are, this is definitely a place to consider the next time you’re in need of a fabulous event space.

Kendall Clawson Library (PHOTO)
-classic reading room perfect for small groups
-large table or casual seating
-seats 15 people with tables, 25 without

Conference Rooms A & B ( PHOTO)
-sound privacy
-either a large table surrounded by chairs or empty
-seats 15 people w/table, 25 without

We have eight folding conference tables and about 200 chairs that, if available, are free to be used by groups renting the center. Use of tables and chairs is on a first come, first serve basis.

A video projector and 12-foot screen are available for an additional $25. (Please note that we have a dvd player, but a computer must be brought if needed for the projector.)

An audio system with 2 microphones is available for an additional $25.

Monthly discount rates are available for ongoing rentals.

Please note that as a Community Center, our space is often used by numerous groups simultaneously. And whereas we strive to maintain privacy and sound control, be aware that there may be occasional cross-flow through your meeting.
