Enjoy peace of mind by knowing self defense.

Self-Defense

Go out and enjoy yourself with CONFIDENCE with THREE HOURS OF POWERS.

Presented by Q Center and Q Patrol, you will learn the basic moves to defend yourself against a predator.

3 Hours of Power is a dynamic interactive self-defense course that trains practical skills to respond to real-life situations. Participants develop strong, assertive voice and body language; and learn to strike with speed and commitment. You learn to recognize pre-assaultive behavior, set effective boundaries and calmly de-escalating aggressive behavior. Tulen self-defense is an empowering experience that develops strength from the inside out.
