About
Queer Resilience Lab
Mindfulness, Movement & Life Skills
The Queer Resilience Lab is a holistic, community-centered program designed to support LGBTQIA2S+ people in building tools for everyday resilience, wellbeing, and self-determination. Rooted in the understanding that queer lives are shaped by both beauty and challenge, the program creates space for restoration, growth, and practical empowerment.
Participants are invited to explore a blend of mindfulness practices, movement-based activities, and somatic tools that support mental and physical wellbeing. Alongside these restorative practices, the Lab offers hands-on workshops focused on real-world skills, ranging from financial literacy and legal navigation to healthcare access and trans-specific resources and support.
Each session is designed to be accessible, affirming, and grounded in lived experience, meeting community members where they are while offering pathways toward stability, confidence, and care. Whether you're seeking grounding techniques, practical guidance, or a stronger sense of connection, the Queer Resilience Lab is a space to build strength in all its forms.
This is more than a program, it’s a practice of collective care, resilience, and empowerment.
