Does anyone use apps to help manage their moods?

Hey everyone, I've been feeling a bit off lately and was wondering if anyone here uses apps to help manage their moods. My days can get pretty stressful, and sometimes it's hard to shake off the negative feelings. I'm trying to find some practical ways to improve my overall well-being, and I thought these apps might be a good starting point. Have any of you had positive experiences with such tools, and if so, what kind of features do you find most helpful? Any insights would be really appreciated!

Вітаю, користувач з України. Почав цікавитись після розмови з другом про ігрові розваги і прогнози. Зайшов у розділ як правильно робити ставки на спорт. Мені сподобалось, що тут можна розібратись у логіці подій і поєднати це з іграми на результат. Я пробував слідкувати за матчами та робити невеликі прогнози — іноді це навіть приносило приємні сюрпризи.
